1. Overview
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all mobile applications (individually or collectively, "the Application") provided by Youhei Hadano, trading as Fukurou no Mori / フクロウの森 (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider"). The applications to which this Policy applies are those listed in the table "適用対象アプリ" on this page.
Matters specific to each application (the name of the application, the effective date, the third-party services used, the form in which the application is provided, and the contact address) are set out on the individual page for that application. If the provisions of an individual page differ from this Policy, the provisions of the individual page prevail.

2. Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect certain types of information when you download and use it. The collected information is used for improving the app, displaying advertisements, and analyzing usage trends.

Collected data categories:
• Device information: device ID, model, operating system version
• Usage data: accessed screens, duration of use, date/time of access, app crash logs
• Network information: IP address, approximate location (based on IP)
• Advertising ID: used to deliver relevant ads (Google Advertising ID)
• For applications that provide the voice answer (beta) feature, the way that feature is used: whether the feature is on or off, and, for each training session, the number of answers given, the number of correct answers, the number of answers that could not be recognized together with the classification of the reason, and the accuracy rate. Audio itself and the content of speech are not included (see Section 7).
• The result of the notification permission request (whether notifications were allowed or not)

This data is used only for the purposes listed above and does not directly identify users.
3. Location Information
The Application does not collect precise GPS-based location data.
However, it may collect approximate location information derived from your IP address or network connection.
This is used for analytics, advertisement relevance, and service improvement.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services. The name of each service, its provider, the main information it obtains, and the link to its privacy policy are set out on the individual page for each application (those individual pages are currently available in Japanese only).
The following three points apply to all of the third-party services currently used, and are stated here so that they are available to readers of this English version:
• The provider of those services is Google LLC (United States).
• The information obtained is transferred outside Japan, including to the United States.
• Crash information is collected by Firebase Crashlytics, not by the advertising service.
Where the provider of a third-party service is located outside Japan, the information obtained is transmitted to, and processed on, that provider’s servers outside Japan. The name of the provider and the country concerned are stated on the individual page.

5. Data Handling

• The Service Provider does not sell or rent user data.
• Collected data is used only for app operation, improvement, and ad delivery.
• Aggregated and anonymized data may be shared with third parties (e.g., Google) to analyze app usage trends.
• The Application itself does not directly collect or store any personally identifiable information.
Data relating to advertising and to usage analysis is collected and managed by the providers of the third-party services concerned.
For deletion or management of data obtained by Google, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and to the settings of your Google account.

6. Personalized Advertising and How to Stop It
When you first launch the Application, it asks you for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). This is a request for your consent to the use of your advertising identifier (IDFA) for the delivery of interest-based advertising.
• If you do not allow it: advertisements are still shown, but they are switched to non-personalized advertisements. No function of the Application is restricted.
• To change your choice later: you can turn tracking permission for the Application on or off at any time in iOS "Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking".
• For advertising settings on the Google account side, you may also use https://www.google.com/settings/ads.
• To stop the collection of data altogether, please uninstall the Application.
Please note that none of these settings stops advertisements from being displayed.

7. Microphone and Speech Recognition
Some applications use the microphone and speech recognition, but only where you have explicitly enabled the feature in the settings.
• The feature is off by default. Until you enable it in the settings, the Application neither asks for microphone permission nor uses the microphone.
• Speech recognition is completed on your device (on-device recognition). Audio data and the content of speech are not transmitted to the Service Provider or to any third party, and no recording is stored.
• The recognition result is used only to judge the answer at that moment and is not stored.
• You can withdraw microphone and speech recognition permission at any time in your device settings. Without permission, the Application works without voice answers.

8. Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures (electronic and procedural) to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to anyone under the age of 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
1. The Service Provider may change this Policy as a result of amendments to laws and regulations, changes to the third-party services used, or other circumstances.
2. When a change is made, the content after the change and the date on which it takes effect will be posted on this page. Where a change has a material effect on you, it will be posted a reasonable period before the date it takes effect, and notice will also be given within the Application.
3. Where the purpose of use of personal information is to be changed beyond the scope that can reasonably be considered to have relevance to the purpose of use before the change, your consent will be obtained in advance.
4. The date of establishment and the date of the most recent revision are shown at the end of each language version of this Policy.

11. Business Operator Information and Requests for Disclosure

You may request the disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use or erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties, of the retained personal data held by the Service Provider. Please contact the address above by email. After confirming that you are the data subject, the Service Provider will respond without delay in accordance with the law. No fee is charged.
The Service Provider takes the measures necessary and appropriate for the security management of the personal data it holds, and supervises those who handle it.
For deletion or management of data obtained by Google, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and to the settings of your Google account.

本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、Youhei Hadano（屋号：フクロウの森。以下「サービス提供者」または「当社」）が提供するすべてのモバイルアプリ（以下、個別にまたは総称して「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本ポリシーが適用されるアプリは、本ページの「適用対象アプリ」の表に掲げるとおりです。
アプリごとに異なる事項（アプリ名・発効日・利用している第三者サービス・提供形態・お問い合わせ先）は、各アプリの個別ページに記載します。共通である本ポリシーと個別ページの定めが異なる場合は、個別ページの定めが本ポリシーに優先します。
2. 収集する情報と利用目的
本アプリでは、アプリの改善、広告配信、利用状況の分析のために、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

収集される情報の種類：
• 端末情報：端末ID、機種名、OSバージョン
• 利用状況データ：アクセスした画面、利用時間、アクセス日時、クラッシュログ
• ネットワーク情報：IPアドレス、IPに基づくおおよその位置情報
• 広告ID：広告配信の最適化に使用されるGoogle広告ID
• 音声回答（ベータ）機能があるアプリでは、その機能の利用状況：機能のON/OFF、1回のトレーニングにおける回答数・正解数・聞き取れなかった回数とその理由の分類、正答率。音声そのものや発話内容は含みません（下記7をご参照ください）。
• 通知の許可を求めた結果（許可・不許可）

これらの情報は個人を特定する目的では使用されません。
3. 位置情報について
本アプリは正確なGPS位置情報を取得しません。
ただし、IPアドレスやネットワーク情報から推定されるおおよその位置情報を取得する場合があります。
この情報は、広告配信や利用分析、サービス改善に利用されます。
4. 第三者サービスの利用
本アプリは第三者サービスを利用しています。利用しているサービスの名称・提供者・取得される主な情報・各社のプライバシーポリシーは、各アプリの個別ページに記載します。
第三者サービスの提供者が日本国外にある場合、取得された情報は日本国外にある当該提供者のサーバーへ送信され、そこで処理されます。提供者の名称と対象となる国は、個別ページに記載します。
Google が当社アプリの利用によって取得した情報をどのように取り扱うかについては、「Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用」（https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites）もご参照ください。
5. データの取扱い

• 収集したデータを販売・貸与することはありません。
• データはアプリ運営・改善・広告配信の目的でのみ利用されます。
• 統計的に処理された匿名データを第三者（例：Google）と共有する場合があります。
• 本アプリ自体では、個人を特定できる情報を直接収集・保存していません。
広告配信および利用状況の分析に関するデータは、当該第三者サービスの提供者が収集・管理しています。
Google が取得した情報の削除や管理については、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）および Google アカウントの設定からお手続きいただけます。

6. 広告のパーソナライズと、その停止方法
本アプリは、初回起動時に「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）をお尋ねします。これは、お客様の広告ID（IDFA）を興味・関心に基づく広告の配信に利用してよいかどうかの確認です。
• 許可しない場合：広告は表示されますが、興味・関心に基づかない広告（非パーソナライズド広告）に切り替わります。アプリの機能は制限されません。
• あとから変更する場合：iOS の「設定 ＞ プライバシーとセキュリティ ＞ トラッキング」から、本アプリのトラッキング許可をいつでもオン／オフできます。
• Google アカウント側の広告設定については、https://www.google.com/settings/ads もご利用いただけます。
• データの収集そのものを停止するには、本アプリをアンインストールしてください。
※ いずれの設定でも、広告の表示自体が停止するわけではありません。

7. マイクおよび音声認識について
一部のアプリでは、設定でお客様が明示的に有効にした場合に限り、マイクと音声認識を使用します。
• 既定では無効です。設定で有効にするまで、マイクの利用許可を求めることも、マイクを使用することもありません。
• 音声の認識はお客様の端末内で完結します（オンデバイス認識）。音声データおよび発話内容を、当社または第三者のサーバーへ送信することはありません。録音を保存することもありません。
• 認識結果は、その場での正誤判定にのみ使用し、保存しません。
• 端末の「設定」からマイク・音声認識の許可をいつでも取り消せます。許可がない場合、アプリは音声回答なしで動作します。

8. セキュリティ
サービス提供者は、不正アクセスや漏えいを防止するため、合理的な電子的・手続き的安全対策を講じます。
9. 13歳未満の児童の利用について
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。
13歳未満の利用者から個人情報が提供されたことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除します。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
1. 当社は、法令の改正、利用する第三者サービスの変更その他の事情により、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
2. 変更を行う場合は、変更後の内容および効力発生日を本ページに掲載します。お客様に重大な影響を及ぼす変更を行う場合には、効力発生日の相当期間前までに掲載し、あわせてアプリ内でお知らせします。
3. 個人情報の利用目的を、変更前の目的と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲を超えて変更する場合には、あらかじめお客様の同意を得ます。
4. 本ページの末尾に、制定日および直近の改定日を表示します。

11. 事業者情報および開示等のご請求

所在地：本ページには常時掲載していません。個人情報保護法第32条第1項柱書（本人の求めに応じて遅滞なく回答する場合を含む）の定めに従い、ご本人からのお求めに応じて遅滞なく回答いたします。下記の窓口へご連絡ください。

当社は、保有する個人データの安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じ、その取扱いに従事する者を監督します。
なお、Google が取得したデータの削除・管理については、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）および Google アカウントの設定からお手続きいただけます。
